These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.timschilioil.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products, including Tim's Chili Oil, sold by Chino Latino CO, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
 

2. Products

We sell small-batch chili oil and related food products. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, or other content are error-free.
 

3. Allergen and Ingredient Disclosure

Our products are prepared in a facility that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and other common allergens. Tim's Chili Oil contains peanut oil and/or other ingredients as listed on the product label. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should carefully review the ingredient list before purchasing or consuming any product. It is the Customer's responsibility to read all labels and disclosures prior to use.

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
   

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are consumable food items, we generally do not accept returns once a product has shipped, except where required by law or where a product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at customersupport@timschilioil.org within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, recipes, images, and the "Tim's Chili Oil" and "Chino Latino CO" brand names and marks, is the property of Chino Latino CO, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
