Damaged or Defective Items - If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@timschilioil.org with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked. (We are a small business and ask that you please be patient)
Incorrect Orders - If you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days and we'll ship the correct product right away at no additional cost, and arrange return or disposal of the incorrect item as needed.
Unopened, Unexpired Products - Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened jars in original, resalable condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable). Please contact us before sending anything back.
Not Satisfied with the Taste? - If Tim's Chili Oil just isn't for you, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We're happy to offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion — we'd rather make it right than lose you as a customer.

Order Tracking - Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Packaging - Because our chili oil ships in glass jars, we take care to pack every order securely to prevent breakage or leaking in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, though delivery times may be longer).
We are not yet able to ship internationally, but we're working on it — check back soon.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders; standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available.
Address Accuracy - Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at customersupport@timschilioil.org and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Chino Latino CO, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility, then contact us if the issue isn't resolved — we'll help however we can.
Weather & Seasonal Delays - During extreme heat, we may briefly pause shipping to certain regions to protect the quality of the oil in transit. We'll note any such delays on our website and notify affected customers directly.
